I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, attachment-focused work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I thoughtfully integrate these modalities to address both immediate challenges and deeper patterns, balancing insight with practical skill-building.
